Re-Fridge at the University of Maine Farmington

With roots dating back to 1864, when the school opened as a teachers’ college, UMaine Farmington merged into the University of Maine system in 1968. Former graduates include the Stanley brothers, the creators of the Stanley Steamer automobile, and John Frank Stevens, the engineer of the Panama Canal. Well known in Maine for its teaching programs, the school also graduated Bob Marley, who left UMF with a degree in community health.
