Thomas College, located in Waterville, Maine, on 120 acres of woods and fields along the historic Kennebec River, is a business and liberal arts college. The school specializes in business, education, and technology. Thomas College was established in 1894 when it was founded as a non-denominational, co-educational college dedicated to career training. At that time, it was located on three floors above the F. W. Woolworth Company on Main Street in Waterville. Today, the campus has moved away from the downtown.
